Assignment 8


Road trip

I’m going to tell you about the day I decided to go for a road trip with my friend from Seattle to Boise. We rented a car for a week and driven all the way to the Boise. Driving time was something like 8h but we made a little stop on our way to Boise.
 We used this website https://www.travelmath.com/stopping-points/from/Seattle,+WA/to/Boise,+ID , to find out how long our journey was going to be and where we could stop. This website told us to stop in Pendleton, Origon when we had driven for 4,5h. Pendleton was an old town where we  checked out the Tamastslikt cultural intitute and learned some new things about the traditions who once lived there. We also stayed there for a one night in a 3 star hotel. It was a nice experience and next day we continued our journey.
When we arrived to Boise we noticed an ad on my friends phone of room escaping game and on that moment we knew we wanted to try it and for our luck it was in Boise. We were decided to stay in Boise for a 3 days (2 nights) and we were going to rest the fist day and just walk on main street so we booked time for the game for out day two. I can tell you that the game was fun and we succeed to escape from the room. I can also recommend to try it by yourself.
Day two evening went fast by looking something for a dinner. We found this place named Flying pie Pizzeria. After that we were so full that we left back to our hotel knowing that we had to leave tomorrow.
When tomorrow came we packed our things and payed our hotel and jumped in the car and started our journey back to Seattle.We decided not to make any long stops on the way to Seattle except going for a lunch. When we arrived back to Seattle we returned the car and payed for it and left to Golden Gardens Park to rest and take for a swim and to talk about our journey.

Assignment 5

Chimpanzee recognizes the face as a human The skill may be inherited from common ancestors. A human recognizes face faster and in a different way than other creatures. Before this has been kept only as our quality but now it has turned out that also chimpanzees are recognizing faces with human likely efficiency way. That figured out when Japanese Masaki Tomonaga and Tomoko Imura taught three chimpanzee female to find for example cars, bananas and faces among other images. Chimpanzees spotted the member of their own species face faster than the other pictures. Backwards face can't be seen With humans face recognizing is based on in its entirety to fast face recognizing and the same seems to apply to chimpanzees.
